I was there with my eldest son. We loved the beautiful hills and coast, the Irish people (very kind and helpful) and the B&Bs we visited were nice and clean. Our hostesses prepared us a delicious breakfast every morning: that gave us the energy for our daily hikes.

We had 2 wonderful meals in the Anzac restaurant in Ballycastle after two wonderful days walking. The combination of your descriptions and the maps worked perfectly. What a great holiday! Many thanks to Cliff and team. We had such a wonderful trip on the Barrow Way. Our Wicklow Way trip a few years ago was fantastic - that's why we came back and this was again a super holiday. All accommodation was again superb and the route was wonderful. Absolutely top!

On day 1 stayed in the B&B in Lordship and after a hearty Irish breakfast made a lovely walk. On the second day a wonderful walk to Carlingford, a beautiful coastal town with an outstanding B&B and a perfect base for exploring. Entertainment and good food were also taken care of. We even added an extra day. In summary: a beautiful country, incredibly friendly and polite people, and excellent organisation.

The whole week we were transferred in a little bus with a private chauffeur. We walked four times (15-20 km), with and without Cliff, in the Cooley and Mourne Mountains. One evening we met real Irish musicians. And we ate in a real Irish steak restaurant. The last day we visited Dublin. All was very well organised by Cliff.

Great trip on the Wicklow Way. Beautiful routes, well marked, and easy to follow via the Outdoor Active app. Cliff (and the team) were very quick to answer incidental questions via WhatsApp. Even a request for help with walking sticks could be quickly arranged and resolved. All in all a nice trip, definitely recommended.

We are back in the Netherlands and thoroughly enjoyed the hikes on the Wicklow Way. It was often breathtakingly beautiful. We were warmly welcomed at all the B&Bs, with nice showers, comfortable beds, and lots of peace and quiet. We had a slight preference for one of the accommodations, where the hostess was especially kind. Compliments for the excellent care. We truly enjoyed this holiday, thanks in part to the good organisation and the friendly people who welcomed us everywhere. Not to forget, the wonderful driver who is truly 'one of a kind.' In short, it was fantastic!

We did the 10-day Wicklow Way Tour. From the first enquiry to the end of the trail, WHI was quick to answer all our questions and accommodated every request. The nightly accommodation bookings were perfect, luggage transport worked without a hitch, and Cliff was always available on WhatsApp when questions came up during the day. The app and map worked perfectly — we never lost our way. This was our first trip to Ireland, and hopefully not our last. We anticipate another walk with WHI. I enjoyed a wonderful hike on and around the Dingle Peninsula, thanks in part to the excellent care of Walking Holiday Ireland. The accommodations were excellent, the route information was adequate, including a detailed map in a waterproof sleeve, but the available app was especially helpful. Any minor problems or misunderstandings along the way were resolved personally by Cliff after a phone call. Thank you, Cliff!

We had a marvellous week on the 7-day Burren walk, with spectacular views and varied landscapes. Our accommodation ranged from comfortable and friendly with a good breakfast to outstanding with the best breakfast imaginable (thanks to Nicola at the Wild Atlantic Lodge in Liscannor). The app was great, once we got the hang of it, and our queries were answered immediately, but next time we would also bring an ordnance survey map. We were surprised by how few walkers and even fewer farm shops and villages there were, in comparison with the GR 65 (the major circuit of the Compostella Walk in France).

Walking Holiday Ireland is a great outfit to work with — planning was excellent, the walking routes and distances were perfect, and every accommodation exceeded expectations. Kyle Farmhouse and the Carlow County Museum were highlights (we're not particularly museum people but it was a great experience), and Cliff's rapid responses to questions made everything easy.

A wonderful walking holiday along the Causeway with my girlfriend. The weather was fantastic, and the people were so lovely. The app worked perfectly. The accommodations were good. It would be nice if the route to the accommodation was indicated. We were surprised twice that we still had to walk another 40 minutes. That's not very motivating.
